My housemate Melanie is in the process of moving out with her boyfriend at the moment, leaving Chris and me to look for a prospective new housemate to fill the empty space that she will leave. In the last year of sharing this lovely and run down, ramshackle, leaky, freezing or boiling (depending on the season) house, the three of us have become very close friends, and to keep this great house dynamic, the new person has to be just right.
